Group Lessons
Beginning Piano (Piano Street)
This course is developed as an enjoyable way for older beginners to learn to play a keyboard instrument. Play favorite melodies, understand and apply chords, harmonize and compose and learn to play by ear. Ear training and music reading skills are developed through solo repertoire as well as ensemble playing. Enjoy friendship and share creative expressions with other students who share the same love for music.
Beginning Guitar
This is an introductory course designed for the beginning guitar student. Students will study the basics of the guitar, including note reading, chord playing, and basic guitar techniques. No experience required. Open to beginning students of all ages.
Beginning Chinese Instrument
Learn the fundamentals of Chinese Instrument training, including the traditional Chinese pentatonic scale (a 5-note ancient scale) and simplified numeral music notation system, singing and playing, and basic music theory. Work on exercises that you can do every day to strengthen your technique and develop your skill quality. Develop the ability to increase your range to play notes and study songs that are appropriate for your skill level.
